 Andover’s Cross Country team competed in the annual race around Forfar’s Lochside Park. A great effort was put in by all who took on the mile long course, running alongside pupils from almost all the other Angus schools. Notable were the following places on the day: fastest P6 boy – Lewis Hill (12th); fastest P6/7 girl – Shannon Young (28th); fastest P7 boy – Calum Anderson (27th). Andover pupils can enter a Brechin cluster cross country race taking place in the town on Wednesday 28th April, starting at Brechin High school. Mr Troon works very hard with the pupils in the Uper school and commented at the excellent behaviour of Andover pupils! Well done kids - Mrs Kennedy!
